Pedestrian and Bicycle Involvement
Chapel Hill’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan, adopted by the Town Council in 2004, guides the creation of a network of greenways and sidewalks that connect employment centers, commercial districts, transit stops, institutions, and recreational destinations.
